Day 1 - Overnight in Oslo

Individual arrival to Oslo. Check in at the Park Inn hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the airport.


The Airport Express train (Flytoget) takes 20 minutes between the airport and the centre of Oslo

Day 2 - Flight Oslo - Kirkenes

Morning flight to the Arctic town of Kirkenes, the "top of the world", located by the Barents sea close to the Russian border. Transfer to the Snow hotel and check-in at the wooden Gamme cabin. 3 course dinner included.

Wilderness Dog sledding

Into the Arctic wilderness - Join an adventurous 2-hour dog sledding trip in the afternoon, in scenic surroundings over the frozen fjord and mountain plateau.

What to bring: Comfortable shoes, warm and windproof clothing (special clothing will be provided).
Age restrictions: Min. 7 years old and accompanied by an adult.
Difficulty level: Average physical condition – involves physical activity on uneven surface and/or steep terrain. Not suitable if you have limited mobility.

Day 3 - Stay at the Snow Hotel

Enjoy an unforgettable overnight stay at the exotic Snow hotel in Kirkenes - a beautiful piece of architecture with ice sculptures, surrounded by live reindeers in the Reindeer Safari Park. You can also take part in the feeding of the reindeers.


Detailed instrucions will be given, followed by a 3 course Arctic dinner, overnight in warm sleeping bags, sauna in the morning & breakfast.

Day 4 - Flight Kirkenes-Tromso

Transfer to Kirkenes airport after breakfast at the Snow hotel. Flight to the Arctic city of Tromso, with individual arrival to a centrally located hotel.
Spend 2 nights in Tromso.

Arctic Gourmet Dinner at Emma's

In the evening you will enjoy Emma's famous, tiny gourmet restaurant in the centre of Tromso, with her 5 course gourmet dinner based on excellent local produce. Welcome drink included.

Day 5 - Northern Lights & Reindeer

You will be picked up in the centre of Tromso for an adventurous trip to the exotic wilderness of the Tamok valley. Due to the geographical location the climate is drier and colder than in Tromso, thus offering a maximum chance of seeing the amazing Northern Lights. You will drive a reindeer sled, try lasso-throwing and learn about Sami culture.


The Northern Lights reindeer sled trip includes reindeer sledding activity, transfers, a traditional, hot meal and social time by the open fire in the Sami tent. Also included: Insulated body suit, warm shoes, gloves, headwear & head lamp. English speaking guide.

Day 6 - Flight Tromso-Oslo

Flight to Oslo. Overnight at a centrally located hotel in Oslo (optional: stay at the airport hotel). The tour finishes after breakfast on day 7
Some sights in Oslo: Akershus Fortress, the Royal Palace, the City Hall, the Opera building, the Aker Brygge wharf, the Edvard Munch museum, the Viking ship Museum & the Astrup Fearnley museum of contemporary art
