Day 1 - Oslo

Individual arrival to Oslo. Check in at the centrally located elegant Bristol hotel.

The hotel is located a short walk from the airport train/Nationalteateret station or the SAS airport bus stop.

Day 2 - Train Oslo-Trondheim

Enjoy the scenic Dovre line train ride from Oslo across the Dovrefjell Mountain Plateau (app. 7.5 hours) to the historic city of Trondheim. Check in at the centrally located 4* Rica Nidelven Hotel or similar.

Day 3 - Trondheim & cruise departure

Morning at leisure in the picturesque city of Trondheim, with the Nidelven river, the Nidaros Cathedral and the authentic areas with tiny, wooden houses.

Board the Hurtigruten - Norwegian Coastal Voyage ship before noon and enjoy the spectacular Arctic Norway 4 nights cruise from Trondheim to Kirkenes.

Day 4 - Arctic circle & Lofoten Islands

Crossing the Arctic circle. Arrival to Bodo at noon, with time to visit the Arctic city. Then crossing the Vest Fjord heading towards the magnificent, sheer Lofot Wall and the Lofoten Islands.

Day 5 - Cruise & Tromso

Into a magnificent Arctic archipelago before the cruise arrival to Tromso at 14:30. Spend a few hours exploring the Arctic Capital of Norway, or enjoy the optional city sightseeing.

Day 6 - Cruise & North Cape excursion

Enjoy the exotic North Cape land excursion from the main port Honningsvag, then cruise along Finnmark's barren coast, passing the Sværholdtklubben Bird Colony and the unbelievable rock formation of Finnkjerkja.

Day 7 - Flight Kirkenes-Oslo

Around the north and east coast of the barren Finnmark coast before the ship continues to the south-east into the Bokfjord and on to Kirkenes. Disembark late morning, then flight to Oslo. The Bristol hotel or an airport hotel at your choice.

Day 8 - Tour finish in Oslo
