Day 1 - Overnight in Oslo

Individual arrival to Oslo and check in at a centrally located hotel.

Spend 1 night in Oslo

Day 2 - Oslo-Flam

Bergen line & Flam Railway: Enjoy the scenic Bergen mountain train from Oslo across the Hardangervidda mountain plateau to Myrdal, where you change to the famous Flam Railway, taking you through the beautiful Flam valley with rivers and waterfalls.

Overnight in Flam at the historic Fretheim Hotel. Grand buffet dinner included.

Day 3 - Flam-Bergen

Fjord & coast cruise: Board the express steamer for a spectacular cruise on the Aurlandsfjord branch & the main Sognefjord, and then along the scenic coast, taking you directly to the heart of Bergen, with the old Bryggen wharf - a UNESCO World Heritage site. Spend 2 nights in Bergen at a centrally located hotel

Day 4 - Bergen

Full day at leisure in Bergen: See the famous Fish market, the old Bryggen wharf, enjoy the marvelous view from mount Floyen.
Optional: add a 3 hour fjord cruise from Bergen to Mostraumen or a 5 course dinner at Cornelius seafood restaurant.

Day 5 - Bergen-Hardangerfjord

Coach trip & Hardangerfjord cruise: Coach to the fjord village of Norheimsund, with connecting fjord cruise to the beautifully located fjord village of Lofthus.

 

Overnight at the historic Hotel Ullensvang. Buffet dinner included

Day 6 - Lofthus-Geilo

Fjord cruise & Maabodal canyon: Fjord cruise to Eidfjord, then an unforgettable excursion by coach to the dramatic Maabodal valley, with the spectacular Voringfoss waterfall - among Norway’s most famous natural features, with a free-falling drop of approximately 180 meters.

Return to Eidfjord and continue by fjord cruise to the scenic fjord village of Ulvik, then coach to the train station at Voss. At Voss you board the main Bergen line to Geilo, via the scenic Hardangervidda National Park.

Day 7 - Geilo-Oslo

Late morning train through the scenic Hallingdal valley to Oslo. Overnight at a centrally located hotel as per day 1.
