1) Unfortunately we don't have the capacity to reply to general questions or travel requests not related to our tours and products. Please note that we sell tours in Norway only, and not to other countries.

2.) Reservations should be submitted not later than 2 weeks prior to the tour start date

3.) Trip information
All our trips are individual (unescorted/independent), hence you will not be travelling with a group. The trips are based on travel with comfortable public transport.

Generally no transfers are included, but before you arrive to Norway we will e-mail you additional directions and information on how to find your way during the trip, including directions from the airport to the hotel on day 1 of the trip. You will also receive a detailed itinerary and all necessary information, and an emergency number you can call during the trip.

4) Customized tours:
We don't customize tours/make individual itineraries, but it is possible to make minor adjustments to our tours by adding or deducting nights or adding or deducting single travel items.

5) Brochures:
As we update our web site with new tours and products throughout the year we don't print brochures

6) International flights:
As we are based in Norway and have customers from different countries the international flights are not included in our prices

7.) Urgent requests:
It may unfortunately take some time before you receive our reply due to a large number of daily requests. If you need to contact us urgently, please call us on +47 55 13 13 10 between 09:00 and 15:30, our local time

8.) Specify tour in your request:
As we can only reply to requests related to our tours and products, we kindly ask you to fill in both the tour and the price option of the requested tour
