Day 4
- Oslo & Fjord cruise

About Oslo:
Oslo is beautifully located by the idyllic Oslo fjord, with large pedestrain areas along the waterfront. The city is surrounded by forrested hills (Nordmarka) - important recreational areas for the inhabitants of Oslo. The famous landmark Holmenkollen ski jump can be seen from throughout the city. The Akerselva river cutting through the city from the Maridalsvannet lake down to the fjord has played an important part in the city's industrial history. Nowadays the river plays an important part as a green lung, with easily accessible hiking trails.

Modern Oslo offers amazing iconic architecture - the Oslo Opera house (Snohetta architects, 2008) & the Astrup Fearnley Museum of contemporary art (Renzo Piano, 2012).

You can also visit amazing sights such as the Edvard Munch museum, the Viking ship museum, the Vigeland sculpture park
