Day 1 - Arrival to Oslo

Individual arrival to Oslo, the city of the Nobel Peace Prize. Individual check in at a centrally located 4* hotel.

Spend 1 night in Oslo

 

Main sights of Oslo:
The Vigeland Sculpture Park, the Opera House, the Viking Ship Museum, Edvard Munch Museum, Akershus Fortress & the City Hall

Day 2 - Train Oslo-Bergen

Late morning train from Oslo: enjoy the scenic Bergen mountain train line across the Hardangervidda National Park, with the highest point at an altitude of 1222 ms above sea level (Finse). 2 nights in Bergen

Day 3 - Bergen, full day at leisure

Full day to explore the sights of Bergen - visit the Fish Market, the old Bryggen wharf (on the UNESCO World Heritage list), the Funicular to mount Floyen offering you a marvelous view of the city and surrounding islands.

Day 4 - Bergen-Flam. Fjord cruise

Train to Voss, then connecting bus to Gudvangen for a spectacular 2 hour fjord cruise on  the narrow Naeroyfjord, now included in the UNESCO World Heritage list, continuing on the scenic Aurlandsfjord. Spend 1 night in Flam at the centrally located Flaamsbrygga hotel. 3 course dinner included.

Day 5 - Flam-Oslo. Flam Railway

Enjoy the spectacular ride on the famous Flam Railway- taking you from sea level via hairpin bends through the Flam valley with cascading waterfalls and mountain peaks. Change trains at Myrdal, with connecting train to Oslo. Spend 1 night in Oslo
