Day 1 - Arrival to Oslo

Individual arrival to Oslo and check in at the centrally located Thon hotel Opera (or similar). Spend 1 night in Oslo

Day 2 - Train Oslo-Bergen

The Bergen line: Train through the scenic Hallingdal valley and across the spectacular Hardangervidda mountain plateau, with views of the Hallingskarvet mountain range, the Hardangerjokulen glacier & the beautiful Voss area

Day 3 - Day excursion

Sognefjord cruise:

Morning departure by express steamer from the inner harbour of Bergen, taking you through narrow straits & beautiful islands to the main Sognefjord - the world's longest fjord, with calls at tiny fjord villages, then through the dramatic Aurlandsfjord branch to the village of Flam.

Flam Railway:

The Flam Railway station is located a short walk from the pier. This famous rail line offers an impressive ascent from sea level to the mountain station of Myrdal at 866 ms above sea level, through the dramatic Flam valley with a beautiful river, mountain peaks & waterfalls

Day 4 - Bergen & cruise departure

Enjoy the day at leisure in picturesque Bergen - see the Unesco Bryggen wharf, take the Funicular to mount Floyen with a spectacular view of the city & surrounding areas, visit the authentic areas with tiny wooden houses at Nordnes peninsula & the hill sides.

Day 5 - Geirangerfjord-Alesund

Day 6 - Alesund-Andalsnes-Oslo
