Oslo-Kirkenes-Bergen Cruise package

With 5 nights cruise, Lofoten Islands & Helgeland coast. Individual trip Oslo-Bergen, 8 nights. Hurtigruten/Norwegian Coastal Voyage ships, with Norwegian crew:

Day 1 - Oslo

Individual arrival to Oslo. Check in at the centrally located Bristol hotel. Spend 1 night in Oslo

Day 2 - Flight Oslo-Kirkenes

Late morning flight to Kirkenes, approximately 2 hours.  Individual arrival to a centrally located hotel.

Optional activities in Kirkenes:
Riverboat safari to the Pasvik valley
King Crab Safari w. king crab lunch

Day 3 - Cruise departure

Embark the ship before noon. Cruise via Vardo, Norway's easternmost town, with the enchanting Vardohus Fortress before the ship continues along the Varanger peninsula with a late evening arrival at Batsfjord.

Day 4 - Cruise & Tromso

Cruise via Hammerfest, across Soroysund to Oksfjord. The course is set via Lopphavet and the ship finds quiet waters towards Skjervoy and Tromso.

Optional shore excursions: A) Honningsvaag-North Cape-Hammerfest B) Midnight concert in Tromso

Day 5 - Cruise Lofoten Islands

Through narrow Risoyrenna channel after leaving Harstad. Stokmarknes with the Norwegian Coastal Voyage Museum then on to Vesteralen and Lofoten.

Optional shore excursions: A) Harstad-Sortland

B) Svolvaer-Henningsvaer-Stamsund

Day 6 - Cruise Helgeland coast

The ship sails along the beautiful and fabled Helgeland Coast with the Seven Sisters mountain range and the well-known Torghatten mountain peak.

Day 7 - Cruise & Trondheim

The island of Munkholmen leads the way to Trondheim. Then passing the beautiful island of Hitra and the open sea of Hustadvika before approaching the city of Molde.

Optional shore excursions: A) Sightseeing in Trondheim

Day 8 - Cruise arrival to Bergen

Magnificent West Norway scenery with mouths of fjords and a lush, beautiful archipelago, including the island kingdom of Oygarden, before the ship approaches the picturesque Hanseatic city of Bergen.
Spend 1 night in Bergen

 

The tour finishes after breakfast on day 9
